We at NJ MetroNET are willing to work
with you and payment arrangements can be made in most cases. If
you cannot pay your bill in full, it is VERY important to call your
Account Represenative at (732) 316-1095 BY THE DUE DATE
to avert a site shutdown!
Seasonal Businesses and Change of
Address
If you run a seasonal business and
your invoice is due during the off-season, please let us know your
correct address so the bill reaches you in time. We cannot be responsible
if you did not receive the bill because your business is closed
or you are away.
Please do not forget to let us know
if you move or have a change of address
* If your web services
are currently suspended, your FULL balance (including late & restoration
fees) must be received before 5PM EST in order for restoration to
take place the same day - otherwise your service will be restored
on the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
We reserve the right to terminate
any contract that has been breached due to non-payment.
